Trash is picked up on Wednesday and Saturday. Recycle is picked up on Saturday. Bulk trash is picked up every Wednesday.

Association Fees

The Association fees Includes: Community Pool, Fire Pit, Clubhouse with Workout Room, Playground, Basketball Court, Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation, Maintenance of Common Areas and Lakes, Vehicular Access Control and Professional Property Management.
